This sub-project builds on the existing digital learning platform FoResT, which was originally developed to promote resilience among prospective primary school teachers. FoResT+ will expand the platform to include new target groups, such as lateral entrants or teachers at secondary level. The platform will be enhanced with AI-powered features to offer personalized learning pathways and adapt content to user needs. The existing modules (e.g., “Building Wellbeing,” “Fostering Relationships,” “Practicing Mindfulness”) will be adapted and extended to support teachers through challenging career transitions and everyday stressors.
