This sub-project focuses on older teachers, who generally show openness to digital tools but often require greater support. Based on the ICT-Resources & Stressors Scale (Cianci et al., 2024), an evidence-based coaching and training concept tailored to the school context will be developed to reduce digital stressors and to build up resources for dealing with ICTs. The concept combines training sessions with coaching approaches, drawing on the successful EvInCo eCoaching system. The program includes both behavioral and structural preventive measures, targeting both the individual and school levels, and will ultimately be integrated into the FoResT platform as a hybrid offering.
